As the saying goes, a euro saved is a euro earned.  Together with our leadership i participate in "future defining"strategies impacting not only our business but the business strategies of all of our customers.

Reported to the VP Finance. Managing a team of 106 employees (5 direct), being responsible for the Financial, Administrative, Legal, Facilities, Operations, and Logistics areas. Analyzed and controlled the Cash Flow, CAPEX, OPEX, and SG&A. Carried out external and internal audit including J-SOX controls. Automated and optimized processes and systems (Microsoft AX12, TM1 Cognos, and Power BI). Led the budget and forecast processes.

- Reported to the VP Finance and managed a team of 21 employees (3 direct). - Was responsible for the financial Area (Fiscal, Tax Planning, Costs, FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury, FX and FX exchange with India and APAC). - Analyzed and controlled the CAPEX, OPEX, and SG&A. Managed the risks and SOX controls across locations. - Consolidated the company’s reports and the related analyses. - Automated and optimized processes and systems (SAP / Power BI). - Was involved with Treasury, AR and AP

- Management of all Finance, Accounting, Costs, Tax, Payroll, Import and Export function. - Accounting in local currency and EUR /US$ (GAAP/IFRS and US-GAAP), corporate accountability system, Tax Planning, Fiscal Issues (ensure in compliance with the statutory and fiscal law), budgets, forecasts, cost, management reports and the corporate finance module in our ERP system
