Hello Since 2006 I have been working as a Consultant and Lean Management trainer. I developed and delivered trainings in a wide range of training modules such as: Principles of Lean; Value-added production system; Total Quality Management (FMEA, SPS, PDCA etc.); TPM, CIP, Value Stream Mapping and Analysis; Shop floor Management, Standardization and Process confirmation; Kansan and Leveling; Line Balancing, "Stable Takt" methodology. Above implemented at numerous customer manufacturing locations, including: BMW Group (Mini, Plant Oxford, Rolls Royce, Plant Goodwood, BMW, Plant Spartanburg - covering Work Organization, VPS Expert, PSP, Milk-Run); as well as McLean-Fogg, Michegan, USA (Rolled out Value stream mapping methodology as part of a project to reduce changeover time of the equipment, bringing significant operational savings and additional flexibility; Donaldson Filtration, UK; W.E.T. Automotive, Ukraine; B.Braun Pharmaceutical, Russia and USA; Bartec, Norway.
