HR professional graduated with a MA in Human Resources Management at Southampton Solent University. Currently working as part of the People Operations Team at Nexum AG. I enjoy partnering with leadership and continuously improve an awesome company culture and employee experience. Having worked along different HR Departments, I have managed Employee Relations issues, created and implemented Training and Development plans and got involved with Performance Management systems.
