People Operations Business Partner for different Units across nexum, developing people processes and programs that help to create a positive Company Culture and engaged teams: -Partnering with other departments to drive the recruiting process through to onboarding. -Responsible for the Employee Experience through the entire employee lifecycle. -Reporting on People metrics in order to enhance workforce retention and predicting staff needs. -Designing Training and Development programs in a proactive way.

Partnering with the teams across Southampton Technical Office, European Shipyards (Italy, Germany and Finland ) and China in People Operations topics. Assessing candidate experience through the selection process, ensuring onboarding is consistently delivered to a high standard and implementing PO strategies that foster the organisation and people development for these teams.

Led hiring events, attracting for new team members and developed their technical and customer facing skills. Directly led staff team and delivered consumer and business training sessions, enacted changes that led to a customer satisfaction rating over 90% through team building and development efforts. Planned organisational and strategic initiatives needed for the team to meet customer needs, utilised effective scheduling, data analytics and customer feedback incorporation using tools such NPS score.
