I am currently working as a research assistant in "Phd Toryumon", one of the pilot "leading programs" provided by Nagoya University, and subsidized by the Japanese Ministry of Education. It aims at training PhD students to become leaders in their filed, outside academia. My duties include: evaluating and helping with students' research proposals and classwork; evaluate lectures and program guidelines;

I was the manager of PartyStarts which at that time was an exciting new start up in Bulgaria providing photography services as well as online advertising for businesses. I was responsible for managing daily operations; communicating with clients and providing custom solution for them. I was able to successfully manage 20 employees around the country. Under my management our client base expanded three-fold in under one year.

Mikromax is a manufacturer of mechanical seals, springs, various polymer products; official distributor for Loctite; and pro- vides maintenance & repair services for hydraulic pumps. I took an active role in the manufacturing process and quickly learned how to operate sophisticated machinery: lathe, CNC mill, hydraulic press. I assisted in the design of mechanical seals as well as repair and installing of industrial water pumps.
