Here’s what I do: I foster cooperation between software companies and dedicated app development teams. Having worked with Deutsche Telekom for 6 years, I’ve gotten a firm understanding of telecommunications and its technical aspects. Becoming a team lead there has taught me a lot about people management and getting the best out of every person I was leading. Tech has always been a passion of mine and a switch to digital products was natural to me. Especially to a company whose work includes making telecom apps for companies like Microsoft-affiliated Metaswitch.
