Acquisition and Sale of Commercial Real Estate Properties in Europe. Responsible for international transactions with focus in European markets such as Benelux, France, Ireland, Iberia, Poland and the Nordics within the logistics, office and alternative residential sectors. Responsibility starts from sourcing the investment, securing the deal, carry on entire transactional process until closing. Since joining Catella, Jaime has closed 8 transactions with total investment volume above EUR 300 million.

Responsible for Capital Markets within NAI Sarrà (member of NAI Global - leading CRE brokerage firm worldwide), focused in advising real estate transactions for institutional investors in Chile. Jaime executed transactions above US $65 million and closed leases for over 30.000 m2 within the office, retail and industrial sectors, while leading a team of 6 brokers. Additionally, Jaime led the NAI Global Account for NAI Sarrà, relationship with international clients and company growth.

- Investment Manager: Jaime covered South American markets for GLL, being involved in five successful transactions in Chile, two in Peru and one in Argentina, as well as had exposure to European transactions especially in Poland and Germany. - Co-Portfolio Manager: resposible for the Investec GLL Global Special Opportunities Real Estate Fund, a Luxembourg institutional multi-investor fund with AuM over EUR 350 million invested in 15 properties in Europe, United States and Latin America.
