Coordinate and lead global slip control project management activities across EU, AP, NA, and SA regions for TRW's largest customer. Includes launch of common components, suppliers, and processes, as well as ensuring adherence to a global customer-facing strategy.

Manage advanced brake control systems projects for hybrid and non-hybrid vehicles. Includes leadership and coordination of team members representing engineering, manufacturing, sales, finance, purchasing, and quality. Ensure adherence to program milestones and prompt resolution of issues. Serve as primary contact point for customer, including engineering change management and supplier quality/PPAP reviews.

Concurrently led Slip Control (ABS/TC/YSC/RSC) applications engineering on multiple customer light truck programs. Included coordination of multiple engineering, sales, and manufacturing groups. Also managed a cross-functional team on multi-year Six Sigma project to redesign corporate work request system for garage and test track personnel. Also, frequently developed scope, headcount, and cost proposals for sales quotes.

Worked with multiple automotive clients, providing business-oriented team leadership for several projects: - implementation and analysis of an automotive client’s service parts inventory management software - leading the concluding phase of an IT system vendor selection for an automotive finance client’s collections processing activities - researched and benchmarked for an internal automotive OEM Customer Relationship Management study

Led ABS applications engineering responsibilities for an OEM’s largest-scope truck brake program ever. Included coordination of engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams. Also, developed a new baseline for company Systems Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) documentation, condensing future ABS program development time.
