Thesis in the area of e-Channel distribution of cargo capacity - Online Customer Satisfaction Survey among the customers in the German market - Evaluation of customers satisfaction with the available e-Channels (eBooking, GF-X, Traxon)

- Development of an MS-Access based cost controlling report with a web based front end - Preparation of adhoc cost related reports - Involvement in controlling tasks such as actual vs. budget - comparisons, cost forecasts, verification of line items postings

- Invoice verification and processing payment batches - Performing debit and credit accounting - Creating financial reports upon requests of business units and external auditors - Assisting in project controlling - Preparation of presentation materials for Star Alliance Management and Executive Boards
