Interim Managing Director of Constantia Nusser GmbH. This plant produces Flexible Packaging and is specialised in printed Die Cut Lids.

Reporting directly to the Demand Chain Director Polymers, I am responsible to set up logistics for polymer plants (one in construction and one study) in the United Kingdom. Scope includes Logistics Hardware, Organisation and Systems.

This position is responsible for the sourcing and contracting of all transport, warehousing and logistic services concerning Polymers for SABIC Europe.

As direct report to the Supply Chain Director of Europe, responsible for all activities related to the nine Distribution Centres (DC’s) and all finishing activities in the five Production Plants in Europe.

As member of the Management Team of SAPPI Maastricht BV responsible for the planning of production, material flow and dispatch. Further physical transport, like unloading and internal transport of raw materials and loading of finished products, was within my responsibility. Also ICT was part of the Logistics Department.

Located at SAPPI SA in Brussels responsible for implementing an order entry and production planning system (ERP-system) based on SAP/APO involving 7 production plants and 13 sales offices all over Europe.

Working at SAPPI Gratkorn GmbH in Austria, main task at this paper production plant was to manage a project team to develop and implement a raw material & recipe system. Other duties were managing a shift at the dispatch warehouse, raw material requirements planning, assistant to the Manager Logistics and maintaining logistics and information systems.

Technical Sales Engineer at Boehler Edelstahl GmbH in Kapfenberg (Austria) for large corrosion resistant forgings, mainly used in the offshore industry.
