My main motivator and driver in life is helping people. Whether it be helping clients solve roblems, motivating my colleagues or coaching rowers, I achieve and exceed results by being attentive, empathetic and imaginative. My strength lies in thinking out of the box, but using the tools in the box. Other strengths are developing concepts, solution sales and product management. I think holistically and see opportunities where others may be stuck – and I have a talent for thinking about unforeseen problems. Having spent most of my career abroad I am used to working independently, internationally with great cultural and historical insight. My leadership style is a mix of coaching, delegating leadership and common sense. I see leadership and management as a serving role to my reportees and not as a hierarchal title. I have had management responsibility for salespeople and have sat on boards at both schools, aluminy associations and Denmark’s biggest rowing club.
