Developed and altered over ten landing pages, thereby significantly facilitating the integration of the new airBaltic website design. Composed Regular Ol’ Campaign newsletters on seven languages for monthly and weekly promotions. Proactively learned the email marketing tool Silverpop, amending the output with handcrafted HTML. Diligently covered the duties of an E-commerce Specialist on leave. Took over weekly online data report preparation and daily monitoring of seven affiliates.

Three month long internship with full responsibility for external and internal communications, particularly new partnership establishment. Organised meetings and online conferences that lead to greater partnership engagement.

Student team project with a real client. Successfully pitched the PR campaign brief to the Head of Solent Students’ Union and established a year-long partnership. Designed and created five targeted visuals (flyers, posters and stands). Compiled a credible database for the client with more than thirty immediately willing-to-participate contacts. Increased the overall awareness of the topic among the target audience, proven by a survey conducted during the final stage of the campaign evaluation.

Sole source of finance for three years of studies. Improved the restaurant’s reputation, when scoring high (97%) result in “Mystery Diner” customer service evaluation. Acquired exceptional stress resilience owing to the hectic environment of a gastronomic business. Became an outstanding team player, by working in a strongly inter-dependant team. Used interpersonal communication and conflict management skills on a daily basis.

During a three-week internship, scanned more than 100 media materials and monitored the most popular social media channels. Persuaded the agency’s clients to participate in Beauty competitions, by compiling a yearly calendar of over twenty UK Beauty Awards. Authored a press release for a beauty product and customer engagement material.

On behalf of Solent University’s Communication Department interacted with stakeholders via social media during a twelve hour-long crisis. Handled angry students, curious journalists, confused university staff and cooperated with IT support and other departments. My team was distinguished as the best to deal with the situation and won the first place of the competition.
