Responsible for business development, writing concept papers, MOUs, and proposals for international donors including but not limited to USAID, UNDP, Ministries of Education, private foundations. Manage and direct a variety of global literacy projects.

A USAID-funded focused on reproductive health and family planning initiatives. Participated in the development of initial and annual work plans and budgets for the Yemen field office. Managed the activities of the Yemen field office including travel to Sana’a, Yemen to conduct South-to-South physician and midwife training program assessment and to provide technical assistance to in-country staff. Planned and executed many successful technical seminars and international conferences domestically an overseas.

• Structured service delivery processes, managed key client relationships and worked with in-house sales team to increase existing accounts and develop new business • Managed multilingual translation/localization projects and teams through all phases to include web globalization, large volume instructions for use, and marketing collateral including developing and approving sales proposals, scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, editing and proofreading

• Translated documents, correspondence and pertinent media clips from German into English for Embassy’s Economic Wing • Organized workshops for German businesses doing business or wishing to do business with companies in Bangladesh • Accompanied Economic Counselor to trade fairs, meetings and German government organization seminars, such as (Geselleschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) and Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW), as translator/interpreter and liaison to German community
