Responsibility for proposal coordination and implementation of the proposal generation process; analysis of customer requests and requirements; work closely with the Bid Managers and project teams to prepare and produce commercial proposals which enhance the company’s chances of winning business; coordination of all internal and third party inputs, edit, format and produce the proposal in line with the customer requirements and standards; deliver the proposal within the official submission dates,

Internal and external purchasing of materials, worldwide vendor support, entry of orders into the ERP-system, control of delivery dates, prices, inventory and supplier goals, clearance of invoice issues, collaboration on projects, e.g. new product implementation.

During my apprenticeship I was appointed in several Departments, e.g. Purchasing, HR, Finance, Management Assistance, Shipping, Facility Management and Forecast. Based on my cross-departmental assignment I achieved a comprehensive understanding of the global processes within a global organization.
