Lockheed Martin Corporation- Member of the Help Desk team handling approximately 1,500 calls per month that represented 6,000-plus PCs providing Tier 1 and 2 support to a diverse group of end users. Various areas of support included LAN and WLAN connectivity, account provisioning, email troubleshooting and Windows/proprietary software installation, configuration, and upgrade issues.

Managed the day to day operations of the Communications Section, which included the maintenance, accountability/inventory, issuance, and end-user support of communications, IT, and imagery equipment. Identified IT equipment deficiencies with a focus on new and emerging technologies for both tactical and garrison deployment; validated/submitted IT procurement waiver requests to appropriate authority; attained funding from higher headquarters to fill shortages.
