Prosodie Interactive develops and markets, telecommunications software for technologies such as Unified Communication, IVR, Virtual ACD, Voicemail, Conferencing, Transcriptions and Virtual Predictive Dialing. Sr. Business Development Manager responsible for most of the clients that produce the top 20% of revenue for the entire company. Responsible for mentoring, training, and increasing professionalism in account manager for the department.

Sales Engineer responsible for being the technical lead on all sales calls for national accounts department. Achieved an expert level of product knowledge on credit card payment processing and EFT throughout the enterprise. Activities included analysis of custom solutions, e-commerce consultant and technical sales presentations.

Technical lead in integration of the unified messaging product into client’s existing infrastructure. Activities included user capacity planning, physical server placement and integration within established network security policies. Responsible for installation and maintenance projects for American Express in Latin America consisting of hundreds of computers spread across Mexico, Brazil and Argentina. Managed Novell and NT network installations through dispersed field engineers. Coded with proprietary Visual Basic-like scripting language to make modifications to mission-critical programs as needed.
