My remit is global and includes strategic oversight of policy communications content and stakeholder engagement tactics.

My responsibilities included strategic oversight of communication content and public outreach; identifying synergies across projects and program areas; creating compelling and memorable content for online and print materials; and maintaining relationships with international organizations working on relevant sustainable forest management issues.

My responsibilities were developing, implementing and maintaining the organization's international and satellite websites and using analytics to improve the user-journey experience and monitor performance.

My thesis was on informational barriers to civil society engagement with voluntary sustainability standards (VSS). The purpose was to identify and explore challenges with VSS information quality and quantity that might hinder active engagement.
