Projects included an Android in cab screen tablet for fleet communication with drivers, development of ultrasonic fuel sensor technology and management of a technical partnership with Astrata Europe Fleet Management Services.

CSC Global Retrofit Deploy Project Manager

In this role, I led two CSC projects to upgrade the call centre technology, integrating with SAP CRM and other critical applications as part of the overall Shell Customer Facing Deployment Program. The projects involved managing Project Managers to successfully upgrade 17 country’s CSC applications within 10 months within a budget of >$US3m. I created deployment plans, analysed project risks, identified problems and swiftly implemented corrective measures to ensure achievement of timelines and milestones.

I was responsible for managing the successful migration of 7 members of the test team (functional and non-functional) to the IBM Offshore test services in Bangalore. I also led 3 Business Analysts in the design, testing and deployment of two application releases into CSCs in the UK, Europe, USA and South East Asia. I created a detailed test strategy for the project to ensure quality deliverables and efficient allocation of resources, which was shared as best practice for the Project Centre of Excellence.
