Devised and implemented risk management strategies for the protection of $80M in daily revenues. Led planning initiative to relocate operations from the Philippines to Costa Rica. Managed call center operations with escalated call management processes and directed post-sales support programs.

Developed financial management, product development, and lifecycle planning processes for a $60M R&D budget encompassing 55 separate projects. Performed critical financial analysis on 70+ multi-million dollar R&D, as well as test and assembly manufacturing initiatives including risk assessments, program evaluations, and lifecycle planning. Provided financial analysis and business indicator development for product development cycles, inventory management, and investment levels.

Produced exceptional results analyzing and delivering fair market values of privately held companies including the Los Angeles Dodgers, Spelling Entertainment, Health Net, and a number of brand name franchises.
