Dr. Jiri Jaros

Responsible for full P/L and operations country management of Vietnam, Philippines and Kazakhstan. Main goal is to establish a new agile way of management for Asian countries, digitizing cash loan lending process, keeping default risk under control, optimizing CRM and product setup and identifying main issues impacting bottom line and helping local CEOs have sufficient organizational support to tackle these issues.

I was in charge of whole oompany with biz in Middle East and Asia: sales, projects, finance, full operations. I worked iwth pure profit share. ABC is a consultancy house offering advisory services for finance in credit risk and sales & marketing including online / digital competence and process re-engineering.

Being responsible for big petroleum companies on the European level, I lead implementation projects of software and hardware solutions for their fuel station networks across European countries. I managed the group of 10 employees who covered client support services, professional consulting and PM issues.

This was the marketing headquarters of Matsushita Electric Industrial for Western Europe. I was in charge of financial analysis of daughter sales companies (B/S, P/L, transfer price), inventory and stagnant stock control and Pan-European Projects (eCommerce, CRM, EFQM, etc). I reported directly to the Japanese Panasonic CEO of Europe.
