Being a recruitment consultant is challenging but rewarding. It gives me a unique chance to match the right people with the right companies which eventually is gratifying for both. I specialise in international mid/senior recruitment and executive search with particular focus on management positions within Logistics and Supply Chain field. The team of professionals I work with gives me confidence that everything we do is up to the highest standards. 'Average' is simply something we do not go for.

Thanks to this project I have realized that searching for talent is a demanding, hard job but it is worth the effort. People are in the end what makes the brand. I was responsible for gaining client's current employer branding status and the expected one. I also had to prepare employees interview scenarios based on project and client’s objectives, then traveling to clients distant locations and conducting several interviews with different level employees.

This challenging, client focused role, required excellent interpersonal and management skills. The aim was to create an HR tool - source of management knowledge. Topics covered: Employee growth, Staff development, Coaching, Job Satisfaction, Time Management. I efficiently managed the team of 4 with strict customer orientation. After conducting a survey within the managers and team leaders, business analysis my team came up with a professional, coherent versatile and comprehensive client cut HR product.

Working in the fast paced international recruitment team helped me gain perfect organizational and communication skills, analysing skills and ‘can do’ attitude. I was responsible for consulting with managers on recruitment plans, assisting with defining clear job specifications and appropriate sourcing strategy. I had to provide quality screening, selection service to hiring managers and later on conduct competency based interviews and candidate’s short list.
