Joanne Soo

I work with developers in developing high ROI external & internal tools, features & projects to drive revenue for the organization. As part of a global organization, I also represent Groupon in liaising with other Groupon bodies internationally to learn and share best practices in operations and technology developments.

As part of the pioneering team, I kickstarted the Groupon Customer Support/Service team back in late 2010 to early 2011. I curated internal & external processes & built systems for customer service operations and led a team of 4 in handling day-to-day customer queries, complaints and feedback.
