I believe that my 18 months as a laboratory coordinator and laboratory worker has a lot to add, thus understanding all the processes that involve a production and research laboratory. I had the unique opportunity to work as a scientific consultant in a Startup. I spent 4 years of my Ph.D. Bioinformatics specifically in Structural Biology and Computational Chemistry, developing very relevant research in the field of biophysics. I learned a lot about the daily handling of Rosetta programs in modeling and docking, NAMD program for molecular dynamics, Swiss-Model program, Haddock, MDanalysis. I have great experience in molecular dynamics involving lipid membrane and ion channels. I have basic knowledge of programming in Python, and I work very well with R. Ability to work in a Linux environment. During my master's degree, I had a great opportunity to work with genetic analysis of viruses, with experience in PCR, DNA and RNA extraction, and quantification.
