Full responsibility for Finance, IT, procurement and legal/compliance, including the preparation of monthly/ year-end financial statements and reporting. Highlights: Build up greenfield start up Joint Venture, with ramping up facility from 2 to 200 employees, implementation of ERP and MES systems, financial reporting as well as accounting processes

Senior Project Manager/ Vice President for acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and IPOs. Negotiations, valuation and assessment of M&A projects, due diligence, structuring and execution of M&A transactions.

Strategic liquidity planning and development of appropriate financing measures to secure long term liquidity requirements. Financial status meetings. Corporate treasury governance and controlling. Capital market transactions and implementation of internal/external financing structures.

Debt Capital Markets: Execution of strategic funding measures, issuance and buy back of bonds, MTN, CP programs, etc. Financial Risk Management (FX, Interest Rate) Implementation of Treasury Risk Management System

Management of liquidity portfolio, issuance of commercial paper, implementation of new investment products. Further areas of responsibility: currency and interest rate risk management.
