Analyse the recent trends in piezo ceramics and forecast for future applications. Analysis and evaluation of existing market studies on selected markets with regard to piezoceramics and their applications. Creating concepts for application fields of piezo ceramics with market nature and growth size of markets. Research on potential customers and competitor to collect market requirement. Work intensively with internal and external experts in the industry to understand the behavior of market.

 Resolving customers queries regarding product offerings, quote and order via different medium.  Operational support of the quoting process and system; (quote creation, quote configuration, quote updates, pricing and discounts.  Perform problem analysis, triage, correction of issue, and root cause analysis; including senior management and technical resources when necessary.  Handling end to end order submission process for ANZ region.

 Track, report and resolve any complex orders that the team may get stuck with.  Creating weekly reporting and quality metrics for analysis and areas of improvement.  Work with stakeholders to engage into discussions on repetitive issues and come up with fixes for them.  Serving as SME for team members and stakeholders.  Training new hires on process and helping them to get up to speed on work.  Look for process updates and new training opportunities for team members.
