Receive and register documents provided by client and developer which include designs for architecture and engineering. Register JLL in-house generated document including meeting agendas, meeting minutes, terms of reference, progress reports, peer review reports & transmittals. Draft sub-consultancy agreements. Review and submit JLL invoices.

Worked in Merck Serono Dubai Finance Department and assisted in organizing a well -set document control system for all customer, vendor invoices & other financial documents for the accounting years 2008 to 2015.

A temporary placement for 2 months in which the key responsibility held was helping in processing T&E (travel and expenditure) in time for the each month's payroll and helped in maintaining a systematic filing and archiving system
