- Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers on daily basis, - Building and developing database - talent pools of qualified candidates, - Processing requisitions, introducing candidates to the applicant tracking system - advertising, proof reading and editing of all open positions on client’s or external career sites, - keeping updated Applicant Tracking System (i.e. Taleo) in a timely manner, - supporting recruiters in maintenance of reports - supporting administrative work
