As the Director of Information Technology, I oversaw the Office of Technology and the thirty-three staff members who make up the Technology Support Services team. This team manages 6,200 workstations, 125 servers, telecommunication systems, student and financial data reporting systems, copiers, technology procurement, software and hardware deployment, technology call center, and technology integration support to 2,500 staff members and 13,600 student users.
