Spencer Stuart is one of the world’s leading executive search and leadership advisory firms. II am a core member of the TMT&S (Technology, Media, Telecoms and Services) practice and our Marketing & Sales function at Spencer Stuart delivering a range of executive search and leadership advisory projects.

I joined Harvey Nash Executive Search as a Researcher in the Technology & Professional Services Practice, supporting a team of consultants. I was promoted to Senior Researcher and became the lead researcher for the practice in February 2011 before promoted once again in October 2012 to Associate Consultant. During this time, I led some of the practice's most complex assignments including international searches, complex mapping programs and non-executive positions.

I recruited finance & audit professionals into the financial services sector, looking at the broad remit of the financial services sector. Primarily, I was concentrating in developing PSD's presence within the cards & payments sector. I represented a broad range of candidates such as Finance Directors, Financial Controllers, Heads of Audit, Financial Modellers, Financial Planning and Analysis Managers, Audit Managers and Senior Financial Analysts.
