• Monitoring of team sales and retention targets • Analysing the team sales calls and chat message transcripts • Provide sales coaching and feeback as required, per the analysis • Co-ordinate with Key Account Managers to support Microsoft Premier Clients. • Provide feedback on processes and emerging issues to internal managers as well as Microsoft contacts when required. • Knowledge of Microsoft Online Services products. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, for both B2B and B2C.

Key requirements: • Reporting directly to the Managing Director. • Oversee sales team of 15 representatives. • Regional coordination of sales events (Statewide - New South Wales). • Sales training and development of new and existing team. • Monitoring and maintaining of brand standards during campaigns.
