Responsibilities - front of house, sales/till operator, customer service, stock taking/restocking and cleaning. The Swan Hotel (The Lewis Partnership Location) is an upmarket hotel. Customer experience is the most important part of this role, during my time i'd deal with varying demographics from regular, one off, hotel and brasserie customers ranging over all ages. Each customer has their ideal experience and i strive to deliver that ideal experience every time.

Responsibilities - Licence Holder for premises, Managing a team of 5, Banking, Cellar man, Banks man, Sales, Customer Service and Cleaning. I would deal with all jobs and responsibilities from open to close, 6/7 days a week. Managing staff, customer service and keeping all equipment/operations running productively and efficiently. My focal point with this position was as a new pub i had to create ideal customer experience in order for regular business to be come possible.
