Head of pre-sales and delivery activities for major opportunities, taking both CFR (Customer Fulfillment Responsible) and CPM (Customer Project Manager) roles. My engagements usually started at the beginning of early negotiations with customer and ended when the project was finished, ensuring the continuity from the pre-sales to the delivery.

I was the responsible for the delivery of planning and engineering activities for several Managed Services contracts, securing an efficient customer network and infrastructure life-cycle management and a cost-effective end to end solution design, according to contractual requirements and Ericsson strategy.

I was the responsible of the delivery of services within integration of products and networks in accordance with a customer service contract. I configured and integrated different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks. I planned, designed, troubleshooted and resolved problems in order to stabilise and optimise customer networks. I also regularly Identified add on sales opportunities. Onsite projects in South Africa, India, Azerbaijan, Nigeria and Portugal, among others.

Development of an e-Learning resources management platform.

I learned the fundamentals of technology entrepreneurship, pioneered in Silicon Valley, finding a technology idea and a high-potential commercial opportunity, gathering resources such as talent and capital, figuring out how to sell and market the idea, and managing rapid growth.

After this 2-year MBA, I learned and improved my skills in accounting, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, management science, marketing, operations management, organizational behavior, project management, strategy and human resources.

It provided me a wide range of knowledge including wireless, wired and optical transmission systems, network architectures and protocols as well as IT aspects. I acquired not only technical/scientific skills but also team working, written and oral communication, innovation and project management.
