Biodiesel plant ▪ Negotiation of contract with technology supplier ▪ Sourcing of bio oils (Feedstock) and by-products like chemicals (e.g. Methanol) ▪ Re-construction of production site (tank farm, piping connections, harbor etc.) ▪ Company development: organization, business-processes, standards
