Also, I solved major issues with the customers, controlled the performance indicators and budget execution. As an SQA Leader, I enhanced the maturity model for processes across the software factory with the certification CMMI. Provided SQA guidance. Ensured the total quality of the lifecycle development process through a continuous audit of the projects.

As a Technical Leader, I managed software projects, led teams, made analysis, design, and integration for the Treasury Department at Colombia's Central Bank. I planned, organized and managed requisites, and proposed software solutions working closely with development teams on-site and in factories to develop and maintain Web applications. As a Software Developer, I proposed, analyzed, designed, and developed software for the centralized bank services among six banks that integrate the AVAL group.

I designed, develop and delivered software solutions for the application components and java artifacts for the conservation, actualization, formation and commercial appraisals modules in the National Cadastral System of Colombia (SNC).
