I got involved in account management because building beneficial relationships with customers is what I’m best at. Through my person-centred approach with customers, I am able to deliver outstanding results with building and strengthening customers relationships. I am the main point of contact in all matters related to customers concerns and needs. I focus on building and strengthening customers relationships to achieve long-term partnerships. Communication is my bread and butter. I began honing this skill when as Eastern European I was sent to study primary school in Canada. Today, after visiting over 90 countries, speaking 9 languages, my relationship building capabilities easily develop strategic account strengthening plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
