My assignment was to study one of Vanderlande Industry’s product group in the ‘’Baggage Handling’’ segment, and investigate the ways of increasing its market share on a market, which was not emphasized on before, because of the customers’ price-sensitiveness and preference of CAPEX- instead of OPEX investments.
