Über mich

I am a curious physics and programming person, who enjoys supplementing computer work with outside and community activities. I used to work in the field of time series analysis, specifically in the research of transitions in complex systems. We developed and automated statistical methods based on the recurrence behavior of a system. For this purpose, we used well-known machine learning concepts and developed new tools. I have a true OpenSource / OpenAccess attitude and make my scientific findings (algorithms) available in the Julia Dynamics organization, which seeks to provide high quality OpenAccess scientific software, at which I am a developer.
