I contributed to the start-up agency by establishing a recruiting SOP & candidate vetting SOP that is still used today. I collaborated with the recruitment team on implementing an ATS system using Google Suite, that was budget friendly and efficient.

Full cycle healthcare recruiting, sourcing candidates at career fairs, universities, and job boards. Screened applicants by phone and conducted in-person interviews using skill-based assessments. I provided employee payroll support using ADP and Kronos.
