Karya Agim

As an architect, I am responsible for supervising the process of construction and coming up with creative on-site solutions. I also prepare bids, bid documents; estimate construction costs and calculate progress payment costs. Other than my responsibilities about construction, I also prepare drawings and 3d visuals for small-scale projects and renovation projects.

As I became a member of architects team in my period as werkstudent, I continued as a full-time architect. I was given a wide scope of projects. I worked with both new constructions and restoration projects: a planeterium, house reconstruction, new boutique hotel, an ancient city restoration (part of Ephesus), and İzmir International Fair Urban Park restoration.

I worked as a full-time intern in one of the most respected architecture offices specialized in restoration. I was given the same responsibility as a bachelor architect and took responsibilities in field work, architectural drawings (relievo, restoration, restitution) and gained experience at first hand.

Measuring tools at the specified points were used to measure the heights. Necessary calculations with the guidence of the measurements were made. Technical drawings of Iyte Library were drawn.
