I am responsible for identifying talent across EMEA, building talent pools and developing sourcing strategies.

Direct sourcing and recruiting for Santander UK with responsibility for permanent and fixed term roles across risk, compliance and analytics. Qualifying requirements, direct sourcing, talent pooling, building candidate pipelines and managing advertising channels. Internal recruitment. Prior to this I was responsible for overall operations of Internal Resourcing function at AMS hub in Poland.

I was running a recruitment agency sourcing Polish staff for foreign companies mainly from the medical and engineering sectors. It evolved from Staff Office, a joined venture I was initially running with 2 partners. In May 2006 RecruLink was chosen to be sole representative of More Medical Associates in Poland thanks to previous successful cooperation.
