Designed and delivered competency based training programs to teach successful investing in the Australian property market. High focus on CX and experiential learning to increase engagement. Generated over 240 hours of classroom and online content.

Design and implementation of a national communications strategy to improve synergy between 6 departments and customers, aimed at fueling business growth across 14 offices in Australia and New Zealand. Design and delivery of technical product launches, media and marketing campaigns. Event management of national trade shows and customer programs.

Developed and maintained supplier relationships from across the globe from countries including USA, China, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, UK, and Israel. Maintaining national inventory controls and issue resolution with global partners. R&D of new electronic products including hardware\software design, testing, documentation, and compliance approvals. Developed technical documentation, user manuals and marketing material for new product line launch. Training internal staff.

Implemented and maintained development of 4 training programs for Australia and New Zealand in 14 locations with 5 trainers. Delivered training programs to company managers and customers in NSW, ACT and NZ. Designed and implemented automated training records management system. Maintaining training progams to meet national Australian training standards and CPD industry requirements.

Started MITS as a not-for-profit organisation with the aim of increasing student awareness of the ICS industry and the "real world" resulting in better positioned candidates upon graduation. "Advancing IT by starting at the source" was the slogan. Developed partnerships and Joint Ventures with Microsoft, APESMA, Engineers Australia, SAM, MUSC, ACS, Department of ICS at Macquarie University, intravarsity student societies, industry media publishing companies, IT suppliers and distribution companies.
