My responsibilities are to conduct executive searches within the Engineering Sector. This implies the following; project planning, job market research and analysis, search and selection of potential candidates for specific recruitment projects, carrying on interviews and phone interviews.

Activities and Societies: Courses: HR Planning, HR Training and Development, Marketing Strategy, Consumer Behavior and Business Ethics.

Provided me with an insight into the various avenues of HR e.g. Strategic HRM (attracting & retaining employees), HR Accounting & Leadership as well as the Judicial aspects of HR. Great focus on learning, career paths & professional and pragmatic implementation of theoretical framework.
