Ich bin als studentische Aushilfe in der Personalentwicklung bei igus GmbH tätig. Zu meinen Aufgaben gehört die Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie die Unterstützung bei der strategischen Umsetzung des Skillmanagements.

Ich bin seit Juli 2021 die Personalleiterin von intouchCONSULT e.V. Zu meinen Aufgaben gehört die Entwicklung einer HR-Strategie, die Festlegung von KPI´s sowie die Planung und Optimierung des Recruiting-Prozesses dazu zählen Recruiting-Events, Assessment-Center, Bewerber-Screening und Onboarding-Veranstaltungen sowie interne Weiterbildungen.

Ich bin Mitglied bei der studentischen Unternehmensberatung intouchCONSULT e.V. Unsere Aufgabe ist es individuelle, passgenaue und praxistaugliche Lösungen für Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen zu entwickeln. Neben externen Projekten arbeite ich im HR-Bereich und mein Tätigkeitsfeld ist das Recruiting. Aktuell bin ich in die Planung und Durchführung des Assessment Centers involviert.

Als HR Business Partnerin im Bereich "Culture&Learning" habe ich mich schwerpunktmäßig mit der Durchführung und Auswertung von internen online Umfragen, sowie der intensiven Begleitung eines Transformationsprojekts befasst.

Mein 6 monatiges Pflichtpraktikum habe ich bei der Telekom Deutschland GmbH absolviert. Wir haben den Transformationsprozess im Geschäftskundenbereich begleitet und entsprechende Change Maßnahmen entwickelt.

I am currently working as a student assistant for the company "Pabst und Partner". My tasks aim to support the office, thus archiving and taking care of other specific concerns make up my daily routine. Since I am mostly working with Microsoft Exel and Word, I was able to expand my computer literacy in that area.

During my internship I got a first impression of planning and supporting career fairs. In addition, I was able to put the theories of my focus fold in the area of coaching and personality development into practice and gained knowledge about the DISG personality profile.

I worked as a student assistant in the concept store "RoomNine" with a 15 hours week. I was responsible for one of the stores on an hourly basis, including receiving goods, selling them on the floor and collecting money. I learned a lot about dealing with customers and was able to expand my experience in communication, coordination and teamwork.

As Brand Ambassador I mainly took care of the social media marketing, with image editing programs I prepared the posts customer-oriented and creative. I had to be flexible and familiar with the target group. I was able to report on some of my own experiences and thus catchalk my customers.
