Manage and support desktops, LAN, WAN, and remote access. Prepare and maintain the annual IT budget. Administer the firm's telephone and voicemail systems. Develop NT-based network designs for the company's beta customers, providing technical advice to software engineering, sales, and executive staff. Provide local and remote end-user support (in the US and abroad). Administer and support Unix-based firewall and proxy server.

Assist manager in configuration and administration of network, routing and switching hardware, and the server farm. Support desktops, install and support productivity tools for local and remote users. Develop and deliver IT training as needed. Perform billable client support on an as-needed basis.

Responsible for systems administration and desktop support in a Novell NetWare 3.1x LAN environment. Perform database management, networking of hardware, and maintain and support network backups. Financial and accounting responsibilities include maintaining the firm's accounting, payroll, P&L statements, and income statements, financial analyses, and manage firm's A/R process. Perform marketing, personnel, and benefits management activities.

Responsible for reconciliation of software development company's Implementation Service department's monthly billings and reporting compliance, analysis of P&L statements and departmental productivity, management of the software support service schedules, and miscellaneous recruiting functions. Manage the CBORD software Production Office and production staff.
