The main responsibility as a vice-leader is to arrange national meetings, be a speaker at board meetings, and to help other board members when needed.

The primary responsibility as a sales person at Home & Cottage is to increase sales for the business. Moreover, you are responsible to control existing customer accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts. Subsequently, you have the responsibility to receive goods from suppliers, count report deviation.

The main responsibility as a shift leader is to create a shift schedule, delegate tasks, dealing with unattended employees and report issues to manager. Another important part was to receive, control and report incoming delivery of goods. By the end of the shift, a report stating sales, labor, and other costs should be reported to store manager and region manager.

Primary, the responsibility as an event manager is the main event called Audit week. The main task is to get in contact with different companies, sell exhibition stalls, delegate task, create an event and market it to the students. Businesses attending Audit week was: PWC, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, BDO, Finero and Erga.
