As a Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Global University Systems (GUS), I am responsible for end-to-end leadership and non-leadership hiring for various roles and geographies, with a focus on commercial, operational, IT, and finance functions. With more than eight years of experience in talent acquisition for cross sectors and functions in APAC and EMEA, I have successfully led projects on building and expanding teams, worked on niche and volume-based hiring for both tech and non-tech roles, and set up the research function for leadership hiring in my current role.
