• Bayer-contact person for the suppliers, Legal Entities and colleagues • Responsible for treating AP documents, reminders, statements and notifications from suppliers • Liaise with the suppliers, accountants and the Legal Entities to resolution of issues (e.mail, phone and letters) • Handle queries from suppliers, LE, auditors and other parties • Coordinate corrections of double/wrong payments, providing payments remittances and actions on debit balances and analyzing open items

• Responsible for 2 counties of the group, use of english on daily base • Processing of invoices through an integrated ERP system • Blocking and releasing invoices for payment on business request • Investigate held invoices and debit balances • Responsible for automatic and manual payment process • Resolving expense claim queries • Bank control, statement reconciliation, cash flow etc.

• Responsible for companies in Brazil, Asia and Italy, travels • Preparation of budgets for the various centers • Control and annual budget analysis, • Monthly Reporting, financial statements • Development of forecast and Budget review • Chief Financial Support • Control of all expenditures and revenues of companies and assessments of the same • Internal Control • Bank statements (7 banks in Spain, Italy and Hong Kong), checks
