Maintaining and developing HSEQ reporting and communications in Neste’s Kilpilahti oil refinery. Conducting safety workshops in Porvoo refinery, creating safety e-learning courses, and acting as a support person for the e-learning platform and the incident reporting system.

Writing my master’s thesis with the title ”Safety culture development programmes in the construction industry.” The objective of the study is to determine means to improve safety by enhancing safety culture in the target organisation. Also participated in the planning and conduction of a pilot project supported by The Finnish Work Environment Fund.

Multiple tasks including emergency communications planning, conducting global risk consolidation and local risk assessments, internal EHS promotion planning, global EHS manual planning, and outlining the harmonization of the company’s EHS procedures globally.

Tutoring Korean adults in a free-talking class and teaching English speaking skills to private students, both adults and children, in a private language academy.

Responsible for preparing multiple safety e-learning courses, planning, photographing and writing occupational safety material, designing a children’s construction safety board game, updating safety information for the website, and classifying accident reports.
