My responsibilities include new business development, client management, and talent management. My areas of expertise are within Sales, Marketing, and General Management functions at the director level in the consumer goods industry. I am always looking to expand my knowledge and diversify my experiences which will allow me to provide better partnerships with candidates to grow their career, and with clients to help them acquire, grow and retain top talent.

As a consultant, I was responsible for identifying, interviewing and attracting top talents globally to join our clients organizations. I was managing the executive search process from director to senior management level and advising candidates on their career moves and next professional steps. I have placed candidates in roles across the Globe in both developed and developing markets across function but with a specific specialty and expertise within the commercial function of sales and marketing.
