Literature Review: Biodiversity Conservation Vs Poverty Alleviation.

• Ensured the wellbeing of 47 resident chimpanzees in a primitive environment with no modern plumbing and little electricity. • Track and manage camp supplies, new employee training, update employee documents and payroll, food and fruit purchase for the camp, maintenance of solar panel power supply system. • Carry-out innovative and effective solutions to challenges involving 24 staff, 25 stakeholder villages and government authorities, conservation education programs, equipments and events.

• Prospection on animal protein availability in South West Cameroon. • Monitored the bushmeat traffic system from the Sanaga Cross River to the border of Nigeria. • Employed, trained and supervised local assistants for data collection. • Diplomacy with target villages and data collection.

• Ensured general hygiene of animal cages and quarantine. • Responsible for feeding and care of resident animal species from a diversity of taxonomic groups. • Provided conservation education to visiting school pupils and guided tours to zoo visitors
