I founded Deckard to leverage my experiences in BI and apply them to project management. Our product was a small revolution in predictive analytics: we delivered precise, AI powered time and effort estimation for Jira projects. I acted as CEO, CFO, CMO, Head of Product and Head of Biz Dev, raised VC funds and grants, created an innovative product and acquired paying customers. Unfortunately by the end of 2017 we realized that scaling the software would be an issue and decided to sell the platform.

I helped grow their user base from less than 1M registered users to 30M by 2016. I created the industry’s best in-house analytics and BI stack for a mobile app, managed a team of analysts and marketing managers and scaled all acquisition channels to millions € of monthly spend reaching best of category cost per acquisition and ROI.
Onefootball is a global top 3 football news and scores platform. I was responsible for marketing analytics and user growth, helped them acquire a much larger international audience (from a mainly german one) in very short time by obsessively optimizing lead generation and marketing spending.
